Make-Up is a fashion element that has made its mark in the fashion and beauty industry. People use make-up to enhance their look and to cover up any flaws to make their appearance look flawless. Even though some people think that make-up is just the application of cosmetic products, there is much more in its process. It is a form of art where a make-up artist can transform or create ‘art’ using a person’s appearance.
Among all the styles of make-up styles and methods, there are newer concepts and styles found every now and then. This article brings you such a style of a very unusual style of make-up done by a Norwegian artist Rita Synnøve Sharma. She has been discovering the world of make-up and beauty culture for some time now. Showing up to the Nordic face awards in 2017 and 2018, she won the 5th and the championship respectively.
Growing up she had to face and battle her eating disorder. Finding her way through these struggles, she has found her peace with make-up. So, with great interest, she has invested herself in the beauty industry creating all sorts of amazing art. But there is one style she stumbled across that caught our attention.
Creating her own homemade blacklight, Rita explored make-up styles that glow in the dark that she wrote about on Bored Panda. Using UV paint, she creates amazing makeup that looks as if the makeup has been digitally rendered on her face. But it is pure artistry from a very creative makeup artist.
